- So, what I'm going to do here is open up Logic just with an empty project. And remember, if you're not a Logic user we're going to speak about things in mostly philosophical terms. We're not going to go super deep. Just keep in mind, the problems that I'm trying to solve by selecting the things that I'm using here. So, I'm going to open up a software instrument track. And what I'm going to do in this template I'm creating this is going to be primary for production, at least this topic here that we're talking about. I want to talk about routing and using instrument presets. So, don't be afraid to have things be pretty specific when you're working. Just remember, you don't want to choose something that's going to be like a giant curveball. You want to choose sounds and settings that are more or less widely applicable.
