- We work very hard to create brilliant designs that delight, and inspire, and are easy to use. Our development teams work very hard to deliver on time, and with the functionality and performance that is required. There's another player that is often underrepresented though, content. If you have technically perfect accessible coding techniques, and a brilliant accessible design, that wont matter if the content doesn't include what people want and need. As part of the overall experience, we need to insure that we have the correct material and place for everyone. Including specific content that is targeted at people with disabilities. How do we know what people with disabilities need though? See, that's the wrong question. How would you answer this question? How do we know what people will need? Of course, we'd ask them.
