- [Narrator] With our project document created and saved, will now begin exploring some of the drawing tools and animate, to create some representative shapes for the beginnings of a landscape design. The first thing we'll do is create the sky. Let's go ahead and rename layer one to Sky, just double click on the layer name and type in sky. We're going to use the rectangle tool to create our sky, so choose the rectangle tool. And then inside of the properties panel, you'll notice where we've seen document properties and object properties before, we now have access to tool properties for the rectangle tool. This option right here allows us to create a drawing object and that doesn't matter so much in this case, but later on for different shapes it may, creating something as a drawing object encapsulated in a container so it's not destructive against other shaped data.
