Who does what?

- [Instructor] In simple terms, UX design is a team sport. The odd thing about that statement is the size of the team can range from just little or you to over a dozen or more people, all of them with very specific roles. Even so, the process follows a somewhat common series of steps and the individuals involved in them have rather defined roles, but are involved in a multidisciplinary approach to UX design. So each member of the team should be able to clearly communicate their thinking to the other members of the team. Embrace the importance of feedback. Be able to collaborate with the other members of the team. Have a broad view and understanding of the role of each member of the team. So who are these people and what do they do? Though the industry is still finding ways of describing their roles and giving them job titles, it is not uncommon to find these people involved at some point with the project. There will…
