- [Instructor] An obvious question is, how does one choose the application best suited to your way of doing things? I'm not going to get into that because no two UX approaches and methodologies are the same. Instead here are some broad considerations, cost. All of the tools are feature laden, thus it is important to carefully review those features. If you aren't going to use many of them, then don't buy it. Also, the software is either a single purchase or uses a monthly subscription model based on the number of users. Add to that some of these are installed directly on the computer while others are web-based, which is another feature for you to consider. When it comes to ease of learning, you have to ask how long will it take the design team to learn how to use the software and become proficient with its use? Sharing is also important, all of the software permits it but the key consideration here is how easily the changes…
