- [Instructor] The exercises of the first day center around using the whiteboards and your own pen and paper to discuss the big question. Let's take an example company and apply these exercises as we explore them. Or scenarios about a fictional company called Two Trees Olive Oil. They produce and sell a variety of olive oils. And the reason they're meeting is to discuss about a potential tour they could add so locals can experience how their olive oil products are made. Currently, the tour is only focusing on walking the groves, so they'd like to add a more engaging experience. They've assembled all the department heads and the CEO for the sprint. So now they've assembled around the whiteboard and after some discussion, all agree this is what they'd like to focus this sprint on.
