- [Speaker] In many scenarios, you won't be able to select many solutions in order to complete a full sprint. For example, for our Two Trees olive oil team you might need to select one solution amongst the ones they created otherwise prototyping in one day and then test on day five becomes a bit challenging. It doesn't mean they can't come back later and work on the other solutions. Although recommendable, let's push the envelope and see how it would be if there were more than one solution selected. So the team gathers around and goes through each solutions and starts adding Post-it notes across those solutions presented. After 20 minutes, they gather around the board and the facilitator describes each of them. As he does so, a few stand out elements are posted on top of the solutions. Each creator of the solution ends a discussion on each board to explain further what the rest of the team missed. When the team votes…
