- [Instructor] Once you've installed WordPress and before you really get started building out your site content, you should review the settings and make some modifications, as well as clean up any unnecessary content. We'll start by deleting the default content. I'm going to go into the post section and as you can see a, Hello world, post has been generated. WordPress does this so that there is some placeholder content on the page. I'm just going to click trash to delete this and then I'm going to go to my pages section and again, I have a sample page right here. I'm going to click trash to delete that one as well. There's really no reason to keep any of this dummy content and I want to make sure that users don't see it. The other thing that I'm going to do is generate some basic page that I want to use on my site. I'm not going to populate these with any sort of information, but I'm just going to make the placeholder pages.…
