- [Instructor] There are many tools you can use for feedback. Depending on if the tests are onsite or online. If you're doing a live test with people on location, the good old feedback form on a piece of paper is probably you're best bet. Also if you're doing your test onsite, like for example our Two Trees olive oil team, make sure to create your own survey form for yourself. What are the elements you observed yourself while you conducted the test? For example, were the testers visibly engaged or happy? Were they having fun or look bored? Did it take more time than expected to explain some of the elements of your test, et cetera. There is the list of questions to ask your customers but also a list that your team needs to answer from your observations. However if you're doing tests online with an application or don't have direct access to your testers, there are several forms you can use for feedback. Most of the tools I…
