These are nothing more than a fictitious story of how a user accomplishes a task using the app or website. It focuses on what makes a user do something and documents the process by which that person using the app or website will actually do that. So let's go back to renting a bike. So we're looking to rent bikes in Barcelona. We know the touchpoint is rent a bicycle and the channels would be pay online or pay in person. Now let's walk through paying online. The story could be the user selects paying online and is presented with pay by credit card, pay with debit card, pay with PayPal.
