- [Instructor] The March 2019 release of Adobe XD includes an incredibly subtle, but incredibly powerful improvement around loading and replacing missing fonts. In this week's New Features Weekly, I'll take you through this improvement, and show you some tips along the way. I'm here in Adobe XD, and as I work within the application, I can access fonts both loaded at an OS level, and those that I've added from the Creative Cloud. Adobe changed its policy around Creative Cloud fonts, or what used to be known as Typekit back in October of last year, opening up unlimited licensing for both personal and commercial use. This depends a bit on if you have a free Creative Cloud account, like the Starter Plan for XD, or if it's a paid subscription. Also, if you're an enterprise user or not, it may change the typefaces that you see. Even if you have a free account as part of that Starter Plan, you'll have access to a basic set of fonts.
