- [Instructor] When designing forms, the question order is an important consideration. Putting things in the right order will do more than almost anything else to create an experience that flows well for our end-user. Unfortunately, the right order is often a matter of art, as much as science. This is because the right order depends so much on context, as well as user preference. Every situation is different, but let's start by looking at some foundational principles. It helps to think of your form as a conversation. Imagine you're meeting face-to-face with someone who will be filling out your form. What order of questions makes sense in that exchange? The order of questions in your form should, as closely as possible, match the way things flow in the user's mind.
