- [Instructor] There are a few simple rules to make day one successful. First you need to allow people to freely speak up, which means there are no wrong comments or questions or answers. There might be cases where your finance department have a completely different perspective on the design due to cost implications that no one ever thought of, and you need to be well aware of these factors. For example, the cost of the tour might be amortized into the cost of the oils to make it free. No ideas are wrong. Keep everything noted and in view at all times. You don't erase what has been discussed on day one until the Sprint is over. It will keep everyone aligned with the initial goals and questions discussed. Don't skip any of the steps to save time or jump too quickly, and make sure you involve all parties present at the Sprint throughout.
