What to do with the feedback
- [Instructor] What you do with this feedback is very important because it is with this information and your observations that you'll determine the direction of the feature, product or service you introduce. First, determine if it was a successful test or not. Look at the board your team put together with all the main components gathered there. Were the questions you listed on the board on the very first day answered positively or not? Were the reactions of the testers aligned with your expectations? For example, if the dining experience went completely off the rails, maybe the flavoring activity might have been a bit much for kids. You need to be able to review all the information gathered and make an informed decision about your expectations versus reality. Was it a success or not?
