- [Instructor] Having identified your market and sketched out the prominent qualities of the people in that market, identifying what these people will do with your product is important. For example, you don't just make a broad and general assumption like, well, our user will use a bicycle to explore the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. What you've done is to omit some key questions around a bicycle. Using a bicycle is referred to as a touch point, which, in very simple terms, is what a person is doing with your app or website. Not only should you start to list the touch points but also the channels that facilitate those touch points. Let's go back to the bike. The touch point could be rent a bicycle. That's simple enough.
