- [Instructor] If you're following along with me, you're going to want to navigate to the nested components artboard in the responsive components section. Now that we have a good sense of how to create a component, let's talk a little bit about nesting them inside of one another and the advantages there. If you follow the design trends around experience design, there's a school of thought around building a design system using the atomic design methodology. This was pioneered by Brad Frost, and if you search the internet, there's some really great writing about this, if it's new to you. In that mindset, interface design can be compared to chemistry, where you have a hierarchical structure to your design content, from atoms, to molecules, up to organisms, then templates, and pages.
