Learn about using the Liquify Persona to add a smile to a face
- [Instructor] Here's the face that we cleaned up…in the previous exercise.…Let's now see if we can make this boy smile.…We'll zoom in and let's go into the Liquify Persona,…and the main tool we're going to want to use here…is the push forward tool, and it's selected by default.…You tap and drag and it smears pixels…as you move it around.…That's clearly much too extreme, so let's undo,…and let's reduce the size of this brush.…
We're going to go for the corners of the mouth.…So let's tap and drag it up…and we get the semblance of a smile.…When we try and do the same to the other side,…we find that it pushes much too much of the face.…So let's undo again,…and let's make the width of the tool smaller.…Now we can push just the corner of the mouth up…and the smile effect is enhanced.…
Of course, smiles aren't all in the mouth.…We need to make the eyes smile as well.…Let's raise the middle of the eyebrows.…We'll make the size larger again, tap on the eyebrow,…and drag up.…The problem now though is that the eye is distorted…
