- [Instructor] One way After Effects allows us to add visual effects to 360 video, is by use of the VR comp editor's add 2D edit button. We'll see how we can use it here to remove the camera rig. And take a look at some of the caveats that come with working in VR. Here in this composition I've got a clip where a guy is walking across this alley. And you'll notice that as he exits frame right, he'll magically reappear on frame left. And that's because this is equirectangular footage. This 360 spherical footage needs to be unwrapped from a sphere onto a 2D plane, as we see here. And that can't happen without some kind of seam. And as you can guess, the left and right portion of our composition is the seam. And that seam lives in back of us. If we were to look at this in a VR view, behind us is the seam. The center of our composition right here is the front forward facing portion of our 360 video. And all of that together…
