Animating the text using offset
- Now I want to reveal the title softly and slowly so it will rhyme with the rhythm of the clip. So we'll animate it, but this time using the Offset value, which is perfect for creating sequential cascade animation. Okay, so in order to animate the text I'm going to fold down the triangle underneath the text layer that I have over here, Blowin' in the wind, and I'm going to make sure the text is selected and from the Animate menu, I'm going to add the Opacity option. Now I'm going to reduce the opacity to zero because I want to animate it using the Range Selector but at the same time, I also want to introduce a little bit of blurring to the letters, so I'm going to select this Add menu and not the main Animate that I've just used, because I want to add additional animation to this same Animator, so from this Add menu I'm going to select the Blur property and I'm going to set the blur for both dimensions. X and Y to 100. Now currently we can't really see it, so in order to animate it…
