Camera wiggle
- [Instructor] Because this is such a dramatic scene, it might be a good idea to have a little bit of a camera shake. So let's see how After Effects can help us do this. So we don't want to do this camera shake in the main composition because there're too many layers. So it's the kinda thing that we do on the outer comp, or the one that nests all of that inside it. So that's the 060_robots 2 comp. So we could set a bunch of keyframes and manually move the camera, that's one way of doing it. But there is a way of doing it through a script and it's fairly simply. So first things I'm gonna do is to change the Preview mode to Quarter so it's a bit quicker. And let's go to the layer and hit P for Position. Now hold down Alt or Option and click on the stopwatch. And it's just given us a script window that we can type into. So in here type a very simple command: wiggle, space, open bracket, five, comma, 20, close bracket. That's it, it's really easy.
