Create an Isometric 3D composition
- [Instructor] Welcome to Motion Graphics Weekly, where you up your Mo Graph knowledge one week at a time. I'm E.J. Hassenfratz, let's get our learn on. In the latest version of After Effects CC2017, a brand new 3D rendering option, called the Cinema 4D Renderer was introduced. This is a great new addition to After Effects that helps optimize and speed up your 3D workflow in After Effects using the C4D render engine. In this video, I'm going to show you how you can create cool isometric 3D animations using the C4D render engine that is new inside of After Effects. So here's a little example of a type of animation that you can create inside of After Effects using the new C4D renderer here. And I'm just going to break down how I created this simple composition. So let's just go to our new, comp. And what I'm going to do is just create a new shape layer. I'm just going to create a white color here, and let's just create a square.
