- So Avatar is a movie that has a lot of screens in it. I worked on this movie with a team that established the look of the screens in the movie. So in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to composite screens into a scene. Now, they can be super futuristic, 3D, see through screens like these, or they could be screens more like the one you're using to watch this tutorial right now. So here is a simple A B sequence. You should be able to tell which is which, but one of these is an actual shot of a laptop with a window reflection, and the other one is the same laptop with a window reflection, only there's an image of the screen that has been tracked into the shot. So in my opinion, too often, you see shots that look like this. And my problem with this after version of the shot, is that it just doesn't look natural.
