- So now that our compositions are all set up, let's start to animate multiple layers at once. We'll look at ways to animate and control multiple key frames with ease and even third-party plug-ins. This will assist us with the process. So now that we've taken the time to look at different ways that we could animate our photo mosaic that consists of multiple layers, we're now ready to start some basic animation. So, there's a couple changes since the last movie just to get you aware of. I'm here on my Chapter 3_6 composition. I have a fade out going in between my overlay animation and the main image that's still together just underneath. If I press U on the overlay animation that we created last movie, you can see the two key frames. So ideally, what we'd like to do is, all the pieces that make up the overlay animation, we want them to be in place by eight seconds.
