Creating a matte with Colorama

- [Instructor] We are still working on shot number five. And our next mission is to replace the sky in this clip, with the red sky clip underneath. We'll also create a transition to illustrate the idea of the disaster or Doom day that supposedly happened on Venus. But first things first, we need to key out the sky and for that, I'll use the Colorama effect, which perform advanced color manipulation, and it can serve as a great utility, to create a matte for the sky. Alright, so we turn to the beginning of this composition, and switch off the visibility for this null object. We no longer needed its services, so I don't want it to distract us. Next, I'll select the mother and child clip and I'll press cmd + D ctrl + D on the PC side, to duplicate it. I also press Return or Enter, and name it Matte because I'm going to use it to create a Matte or an Alpha Channel to hide the sky. Alright, so I'll go to the Effect Menu, and…
