- One area where Adobe tools in general are considered industry standard is text. If you're coming to this course with experience designing in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, you're familiar with all the nuance the type tools offer you. Let's dive right in and embed a custom type treatment in the first shot of this sequence. So the word cycle is to be placed into this first shot, and it's going to be based off the style of the text in this logo. So to get started, I'll just select the type tool and click right in the comp viewer, and I will type the word cycle. And it's very small, and my character panel is open over here. So I'll just highlight that and make it larger. I'd also like it to be centered, and I'm going to switch the font from Helvetica to Adobe Caslon Pro semi bold weight. And that will be my starting point. Now, in order to get it integrated into the scene, I'm going to make it a 3D element, so I…
