- [Instructor] There's a true killer app for illustrator users, lurking in after effects. And you just need to know how to unlock it. In this lesson, I'll show you how. So I'll start with a new composition from footage and this time we're going to use a PDF which is not necessarily a standard file to use in after effects. I have a number of options that I'm going to leave alone for right now. We'll get into those in the next section of the course and I'm just going to open this graphic. So whether it's a PDF or an EPS or an illustrator file you can work with vector images in after effects. Now, here I have a composition that's been set to the size of the file. And if I look up here in my project panel I can see the size is a little odd and kind of on the small side. So I'm going to change the composition settings Back to the HD that we had before.
