Importing a 3D model

- [Voiceover] I've created a new, Cinema 4D layer, that I've named, crown, but I don't have a crown yet. So, let's command, or alt tab, back into Cinema 4D. And I'm going to import a model. The subject of making complex models in Cinema 4D, is a whole other course, or several courses, all on it's own. So, in the name of expediency, I went out to Pond5, and licensed a model for us to use. When someone else, such as another freelancer, hands you a Cinema 4D model, you can merge that, into the new project you've started, from After Effects. You can either click on merge, from above the object manager, or click on merge, from the main file menu. Dive into my exercise files, into the crown model folder. Select the crown, and open that up. And there is our rather large crown. To view this a little bit better, I'm gonna press one, and click and drag in view port, so I can see it there.
