So far we've been using pretty basic techniques for our stop motion. Let's introduce some dynamic energy by moving both the subject and the camera and this is so much easier now that we have a small portable camera here. I pulled out the tape because sometimes you'll see things are a little bit loose. And ideally, you want to control the movement. So, if you don't have a solid platform, don't be afraid to pull out some masking tape or some paper tape and just tape things down so it doesn't move too much, there we go, I'm just going to tape this and put a little bit of extra resistance right here, where it's moving. And by wrapping around that a bit, I've locked that area off. There we go. Alright. Put that into place, adjust the legs a little and we've got a pretty good shot. Remember, once you've made an adjustment to the camera, be sure to come under the camera controls and check things like focus. The iOS devices use a very wide aperture.
