- So, we have our lights placed for our model in this green screen setup. We have a key light, which is a light panel we're running through a piece of silk, as well as an edge and our fill light. So, Rich has just turned on our key light, and you can see our model has a light on her face, as she should, still with a nice green color to the back. We have our key light being pushed through a piece of silk. In place of a silk, you could use some sort of diffusion. The reason for this is to create softness to the key. Depending on the circumstance, you might want a hard key. But for the most part, you'll want to have a soft key hitting the model, which is what we've done here. In terms of placing a fill light, we have a very small unit called a pepper, a Tungsten light, which is bouncing into a white FlexFill. Again, this is to create as soft a light as we can maintain.
