Meet the Content-Aware Fill panel
- [Instructor] Let's get to know the Content Aware Fill panel. The first thing you should do is open up the panel. Go under the Window menu and choose Content Aware Fill. It'll likely open up here in the right-hand column. Personally, I like a little more space for it. So what I'll do is choose to undock the panel. You can then drag it over and place it next to the window here. It should easily fit. This gives you a little more room to see the controls as you're working. Now take a look at the window from top to bottom. From the panel menu, you'll see a few additional options. We'll explore these at greater depth a little bit later. Below is the Fill Target. This is where you could pre-visualize the area that's going to be filled. The alpha expansion creates a little bit of overlap. This allows it to select additional pixels.
