Rendering the result

- The last step in our journey is to render render the result to a movie file. So let me show you how to create a master file as well as a deliverable. So make sure to select the composition that you want to render and then go to the composition menu and choose add to render queue. This is going to open up another panel in After Effects, the render queue and over here you should see the render settings as well as output model. So for the render settings, make sure they are set to best settings and then for the output model, click on the word lossless or anything else you are seeing here and then from the format options, change from AVI to QuickTime and then under video output where it says format options click on this and from the Video Codec choose Apple ProRes 422 LT which is a compressed version of the progress but still considered to be quite good for a master file.
