Soft-body cloth simulations in Cinema 4D

- [Instructor] Welcome to another Motion Graphics Weekly where you up your mo-graph knowledge one week at a time. I'm EJ Hassenfratz, let's get our learn on. One of the issues with cloth in dynamic engines in Cinema 4D is that due to them being separate modules, they don't recognize each other. In this week's video, I'm gonna show you how you can utilize soft body dynamics to create cloth-like simulations in Cinema 4D. So again, the issue with using cloth in dynamics is that we don't have compatibility there. So if I run my cloth simulation and I have a dynamic collider object, you can see that they don't recognize each other. So this is gonna cause us some trouble, but luckily, we can utilize soft body dynamics to get cloth-like simulations to be able to have this compatible with dynamics. So here is my basic setup scene. I have two little rings here and they have collider bodies on here as well. And the friction value's very high because I'll eventually want these objects to stick…
