- [Eran] Motion Design, is considered a niche in animation. However, it's a deep pool. This is a fascinating field that combines emotion and motion and allows a wide range of visual means usually expressed in a simplified way to convey a message, idea, or story in relatively short time. Now I dare to say that After Effects is the best tool to express these ideas. And my goal in this course is to expose you to the many possibilities that it offers. I'm going to assume that you know how to use the Adobe Design tools especially, Illustrator, which will be our starting point. We'll use a layer of the base Vector Artwork and bring it to life, as well as simulate how the final product work. An animated poster that will be used in the real world. This is a Beginner Course, so I'll start from scratch and teach you how to import files, customize the interface, and animate layers taking advantage of all the great things you can do with Vector Files inside After Effects. My name is Eran Stern, I'm a veteran motion designer, working and thinking After Effects, for more than 25 years now, and still using it every single day.
