- [Narrator] So this is what we've created so far. We have the teeth coming down and the football sign, which is revealing using masks. So both of those layers are Illustrator layers, which we are animating here inside After Effects. But we can actually access the individual path of everything that we are bringing from Illustrator, thanks to shape layers inside After Effects, which are basically serving as a mini Illustrator that can be accessed and animated here inside the program. But to do so to reach this level of detail, we need to select the layer and convert it to the After Effects native graphics, which also known as shape layers. And to show you the first example of how to do it, I'm going to select the secondary elements over here, and then I'll solo them as before. So we'll see what we are working with.
