How to grow and shrink selections

- Let's take a look at the grow and shrink selection options that you have in alias. Now, this is not really a command that I use very often because it doesn't always work exactly as predicted. And I'll show you what I mean. So let's go to our pick tab. I want to open that up and just right-click on there and we're going to go to point types CV. So if I select this corner like this, you'll notice that now at the bottom here, we have the option to grow and if I hold that down with my left mouse button, we also have the option to shrink. So let's go with grow right now. So when a click one time for growth and you'll notice what happens is it will grab the next row in the U direction and then grab the next row in the V direction. And that's how it grows. So again, it just goes one row at a time. Now the disadvantage of using the shrink command here is that with the shrink command, what it will do it will remove this first…
