Trimming curves

Let's take a look at how to trim curves in Alias. So the command for trimming is under "Curve Edit," "Curve Section," and let's open up the options. So, we're going to start off with "Trim," "Trimming by Geometry," and let's say "Go" to that. Let's open up the "Curve Edit," and there's the icon for it. So very simply, let's pick two pieces of very simple geometry. We're going to pick this piece here, you'll notice I get a red arrow exactly where I selected on that line, and now I"m going to select spacebar to accept that selection. And now the prompt is telling me, "Select the geometry to trim with." And this is the geometry that I'm going to trim it with. So "control Z," it's very dependent on where you pick on the curve, pick there, spacebar, and that's the piece that's going to be kept. We can also multi-select a bunch of entities like this, spacebar, and pick that circle and everything will be trimmed internally like that. Okay, so let's go back to the command. We were trimming…
