- In this video, we're going to take a deeper look into the ViewCube and also the Navigation bar. For clarity's sake, let's close down the control panel. We've already looked at the ViewCube. Simply by clicking on a face, the view will snap to that corresponding face, like so. We can switch 90 degrees. We can rotate. It's a very quick way to navigate. We can also place our cursor over the ViewCube, and with the left mouse button, we can simply just drag the ViewCube around to manipulate that view. Now, in the top left of this ViewCube, we have something called "Home." I click on Home, this is a view that we can predefine in Alias. This is almost like our default view that we can set up. For example, if I wanted my Home to be more focused in on the cone, like this, I'm going to go to this pull-down here, and I can Set Current View as Home. Now if I move over here, the Home will focus back in on that cone, like that. In this pull-down, we have the option to switch on Orthographic, to…
