- [Instructor] In the AWS console, if we look at databases, we don't see a differentiator between SQL or NoSQL, but in the real world you're going to select based on the business needs and the capacities of SQL and NoSQL. If you're new to this, I actually have a separate course in the library about NoSQL concepts that you might want to take a look at as well. We're going to get started with a key value store, ElastiCache. So if I open up ElastiCache here, you can see that we have our typical dashboard. Now one of the things that you should be considering when you're thinking about NoSQL is if you're going to have to manage servers or if this is going to be offered serverlessly. And Amazon is adding serverless capability to both it's SQL and NoSQL offerings. We saw that in the earlier movie with RDS, Aurora Serverless now being an option.
