Customize keyboard shortcuts

- [Instructor] You can customize the keyboard shortcuts for your copy of Android Studio. You do this through the Preferences or Settings Dialog and you can start at the Keymap category. Android Studio comes with multiple keymaps and you'll default to the version for you operating system. I'm working on a Mac, so I'm starting with MacOS. To customize a keyboard shortcut, start with the action you want to assign the keyboard shortcut to. I'll click into the search box and type branches and then I'll go to branches under Git. Notice that there are similarly named actions for other categories. Now I can right click on that option or I can double click, either way I'll see this menu appear and I'll click on Add Keyboard Shortcut. I'll click right here and then I can press the keyboard shortcut I want. If I choose a shortcut that's already assigned, I'll see a message and I can override that or I can try another keyboard…
