- [Instructor] Once you have started the store listing for an app on the Google Play Console, you will need to describe your app to Google for review. Scroll down and you will see a list of steps to complete to get the store listing finished. Let's start with first steps. Click view tasks to expand the list of first steps and click app access. We need to specify whether or not users need credentials like a username and password to access any features in the app. If it does, then you will need to provide test credentials so Google can review every feature in the application. My sample app does not require you to log in, so I will select all functionality is available without special access and click save. Click dashboard at the top to go back and continue on to the next step, ads. Now we need to tell Google whether the app contains ads at all.
