- [Voiceover] So you've got your entire sequence story-boarded, what next? The next step is to create an animatic. This is usually a very quick first pass, so what I'm gonna show you is my first pass, nothing fancy, I took all the artwork, the panels into Flash, creaky, ancient version of Flash that is probably lying around all over the place. You can use any program that you like. You could do it in After Effects, Final Cut Pro, I don't care, doesn't matter. Whatever works for your personal production process. At that point you can also, if you want, add Foley and sound effects. I haven't bothered doing that, so I'm gonna provide them for you live. And this also gives you a good feeling for how you can, as you're watching your first pass, time it out yourself with your own voice, see if there's enough spacing for this stuff to read, and you'll see where maybe some scenes are too long, too short, so this'll be funny, but let's go, see how this works.
