Animating a jog cycle on tens

- [Voiceover] There are a few differences between runs and walk. In a run, the body tends to tilt a little forward as the body moves faster. The feet spend less time on the ground and for at least one or two frames, both feet will be off the ground and the faster the run, the further forward the character could lean. So this is a 10 frame beat jog cycle and we say jogging on 10s because every 10 frames, he hits the ground. Let's see what that looks like. So if we can take it, so here are the main poses of the jog and this isn't the only way obviously to animate a jog. It's just the way I'm choosing to illustrate a typical jog cycle. The number convention on the top, 24 frames per second and below on 30 if you're walking at a different frame rate.
