- Let's take a look at hands and these can be really intimidating, but really there's a process that we can use to simplify the construction and drawing. Now, first of all this letter system that you see don't worry about it too much if you're just drawing. This is for people who want to draw a lot of hand reference images and maybe save them on a computer. And, if you want to do that it's really nice if you have all of the ones where your palm, for example, is facing out all together so you can toggle through them and find the variations more easily. If you're just drawing on paper on a notebook forget all this, but the nice thing about this is they stack in your folders on your computer really, really elegantly.
