- [Anthony] Imagine if there was a tool that would work with any environment and allow you to automate tasks, build and maintain infrastructure, and manage the entire life cycle of our IT systems. If this sounds like it's too good to be true, well I have some news for you, it isn't. Ansible is growing in popularity, and for good reason. It lets you manage not just one device at a time, but hundreds or even thousands of machines wherever they're located. In this course, we're going to look at the basics from the history of Ansible to the parts that make it work, to the most popular use cases for this kind of tool. Along the way, we'll have some hands-on demos with building an Ansible environment, so you can get up and running with your own deployments. My name's Anthony Sequeira, I'm a Cisco-certified CCIE, and I've been working in information technology since 1996. I've used Ansible for years to assist with server management and the construction and maintenance of robust solutions inside of the public cloud.
