- [Instructor] So next I'm going to show charting and graph types with Scala. And this comes out of the Databricks documentation. You might say, gosh, you know Lynn why are you showing all this visualization? Isn't this about data processing? And yes we are going to cover that in subsequent movies, but the reason I'm showing so much visualization is this is becoming a key aspect of more and more data workflows, and not just at the end. Because data is lots of data, complex data, messy data, I see using visualizations at various points from the beginning to get a sense of what the data looks like, the middle to see if the processing is producing meaningful results, and the end to presenting the results to being integral to the work of data science. So I see that it's really key.
