- When you get home and open up your Mac, as we've done here hopefully your photo will be there. And there's our shot right there. And that's a big yay. We're very happy about that. Sometimes it may not be there. And how do you troubleshoot that? Well, there's a couple things. The first thing that I would say is make sure that your phone is being charged, you know, put it on the charging pad or plug it in to the charger because sometimes it won't upload images that are on it to iCloud, if it's not being charged. The other thing is double-check that it's on the wifi network. If you do those two things, then it should show up and sometimes I can kind of egg it on by going to the phone and playing with photos or a second, And then it goes, "Oh yeah, yeah, I guess I'll work with you."
