Shooting in Portrait mode

- One of the most unique and almost magical modes that your camera can capture in on an iPhone is called portrait mode. And we're looking at a shot right now that was captured in portrait mode and what makes it different? Well, look at this background here. See how soft that background is behind the cat? That is really cool. See, iPhones have small sensors, so normally when you take a picture with an iPhone everything will be in focus because that's what happens with the smaller sensors. However, with portrait mode, it allows you to have that soft background like you would have with a larger sensor camera. Now it does this through a lot of software, computational photography and it does a great job. I want to show you how to set it up on your camera to make sure you capture in that mode.
