- [Instructor] So as we talk about some of the tools in the toolbox and specifically within this More category within the toolbox, I want to briefly touch on the Hotspot Tool, which is a pretty handy tool. So if you're on a plan and you're needing to kind of create some little locations of where information is, but you don't want it to print, but you do want to be able to reference this information later easily, using the Hotspot Tool is a really good way to do that. And often what I'll do is I'll put these on a locked layer or I'll go up to Edit and I will lock these items, so that I don't accidentally move them. And so they're really good if you're setting up a project or you're trying to use specific pieces of information as a reference. I typically will put them on to the ArchiCAD layer, so they're always showing up, but you can put them on whatever layer you want but they are a good way to just lock into position.…
