Setting up the tablet for handedness
- If you are left-handed like I am, then you're familiar with living in a world that is biased against us. We often have to buy items like scissors that are specifically designed with the left-hander in mind, and often at a higher price. Wacom tablets are reversible so that the controls can be either on the left or right hand side. Just rotating the tablet won't automatically change the orientation on the screen. Everything will be backwards and upside down by default. Fortunately, there's a simple way to correct this. Let's take a look at this. So let me show you what I'm talking about here. This is set up right now for a right-hander. And just to demonstrate, if I was right-handed, I'd be using my pen in my right hand and I'd have my left hand available to work with the ExpressKeys. I'm left-handed, so I'm working this way. Now the ExpressKeys are on the wrong side. I could do some crazy thing like this, but obviously it doesn't really work.
