Tablet calisthenics: Intermediate exercises

- This set of exercises assumes that you have some existing pen and tablet experience. If you don't, go back to the previous, beginner lesson. In this exercise, we'll cover basic up and down motion as well as utilizing your signature to strengthen your eye-hand coordination. You can reference the exercise files for this tablet workout. We'll be utilizing the file 'practice sheet' for the remaining exercises. So I'm going to begin by just using my signature. I like to use this because I hear people all the time say, "Oh I can't draw at all." And I say, "Well you do write your signature, right?" Yes. "That is a totally expressive mark that is unique to you. "No one else can do it." So it's a great exercise for practicing learning your eye hand coordination on the tablet. And the other thing is, you've already got the muscle memory built in to do this because you've done it thousands upon thousands of times. So I like to just start drawing and using my signature.
